PLACING AN ORDER

  • You can place an order quickly and easily using our online shopping cart. You may order online 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

MATERIALS

  • All items are handmade to order with love and care in Rochester, NY. 
  • Bizzy Beads use 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, and Gemstone beads in our products. 
  • All materials are listed under each product. 

SIZING

  • "size" refers to product length.
  • "mm" refers to the millimeter size of the item. 
  • Knowing your wrist size is highly encouraged prior to ordering. To size your wrist: Hold your arm with your hand relaxed and fingers gently outstretched. With your other hand, wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you would like to wear the bracelet - don't pull it tight, just measure at a comfortable tension.
  • Our standard bracelet size is 6.5", but offer a wide variety of sizes to select. If your size is not listed, please email: madebybizzybeads@gmail.com.
  • For mm bead sizes 6mm+ please order 1/2" larger then your typical length.
  • One-time complementary sizing is offered; however, buyer is responsible for shipping costs to/from Bizzy Beads. 

    CARE

    • To ensure the longevity of elastic bracelets, it is recommended to roll bracelets over your hand - please remember to remove all rings prior to taking bracelets on/off. 
    • 14K Gold Filled items are tarnish, scratch and water resistant. That means you can wear your jewelry every day. Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes. When not in use, please keep in an airtight bag to preserve the silver from tarnishing.  
    • We advise against putting harsh chemical products like perfumes, hairspray and lotion directly against your jewelry. 
    • It is not advised to get Gemstone and Pearl jewelry wet. 
    • In the unlikely event that your jewelry breaks, Bizzy Beads offers complimentary restringing up to 1yr from date of purchase. Please note, shipping fees apply.
