Shipping & Returns

• All online items are handmade to order with love and care in Rochester, NY.
• Online items will ship within 2-5 business days via USPS.
• Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged, but may take up to two weeks to ship. 
• Bizzy Beads cannot guarantee delivery dates because of USPS delays due to shortages / production / staffing etc.
• Bizzy Beads is not responsible for lost packages, although we will help you sort out the lost item with USPS. 

RETURNS

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
• If there is a issue with sizing, please email madebybizzybeads@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. One-time complementary sizing is offered - buyer is responsible for shipping costs to/from Bizzy Beads. 

EXCHANGES

• Due to the handmade nature of our products a 10% restocking fee will be applied to items that you would like to exchange. Exchanges will be accepted on a case-to-case basis. Please email madebybizzybeads@gmail.com initiate an exchange.
